Fantastic realtor. She is on top of things and will guide you through the whole process, making it seem like buying a home is a piece of cake. If someone is hard to get a hold of, you won’t know because she’ll be the one that finally gets a hold of them.
She has eagle eyes that will spot issues with the house that you’re looking at before you have time to blink. Her experience lets her know what’s good and bad about any house during a walkthrough. She tailors her comments and suggestions to what you’re looking for in a house.
She will still come with you to look at a house that she knows you won’t like (after politely letting you know that you probably won’t like it and the reasons why), just so that you feel like you’ve really done your research.

If anyone is looking for an amazing real estate agent in Utah I highly recommend Kristen Bagley. She just helped us sell our house in Lehi and she continually went above and beyond our expectations. We did everything remotely so Kristen coordinated and met various contractors, cleaners, etc., at the house. When there was an unexpected summer storm she immediately went to check on the house and had our blown off roof tiles replaced within 48 hours. She arranged for our empty house to be staged for two months and it looked amazing! We had such a great experience working with her I had to give a shoutout.

Kristen Bagley came highly recommended from our Sotheby's agent in California to assist us in purchasing a new home in northern Utah. Being new to the state and communities, we were very fortunate to have the benefit of Kristen's vast knowledge of the characteristics in each area and expertise working with new home developers. She listened carefully in advance to our requirements and characteristics for a new home, and then made very effective use of our time showing us only properties and neighborhoods that would fit those requirements. In each case, her sharp eye could point out details we might otherwise have missed or been unaware of. Over the course of several months, Kristen devoted an enormous amount of time to us throughout the home buying process. She was always responsive, punctual and followed through on every issue. Once we chose the home to buy, she was our strong and constant advocate on our behalf in negotiations with the seller to move the process forward, including renovations, as well as being a great resource for where to purchase furniture and appliances, arrange city services, and locate reliable local providers, such as internet and house cleaning. Kristen also referred us to an excellent lender who was hands-on and able to secure the home loan in a timely manner, even with the more stringent rules and delays due to the pandemic. Kristen answered countless questions accurately and with patience, which gave us confidence in our decision and peace of mind. We consider ourselves very lucky to have met and worked with such a consummate professional. We are now very happily living in our new home. Kristen was such a huge help to us when we were buying our home in Orem. We weren't really sure what we were looking for when we first started but with Kristen's help we were able to narrow down exactly what we wanted and where we wanted to be. She was also fantastic with the whole negotiation process and we were able to get our house for less then we had originally offered. Kristen has assisted me during three different real estate transactions in Utah County, UT; two as my buyer's agent and one as my seller's agent. The first house we looked at she was pretty clear in pointing out where it was falling short of what would be expected for a house with that asking price, instead of just trying to sell us on it.
